The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 100 of 2019 arising out of Sikty P.S. Case No. 8 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2019. In the instant case 26.6 liters of liquor was seized. Nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
