The petitioner is in custody in connection with Harnaut (Telmar) P.S. Case No. 323 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 407 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner and Gauri Kumar is that they have duped several persons and extracted money for the purpose of favouring in the examination to be held in Uttar Pradesh by providing answer sheet one day before the examination. He submits that such incidents are now very common and the rackets are involved in such activities. He submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.09.2018. He further submits that co-accused Gauri Kumar has already been granted bail by the court below itself.

Considering the fact that co-accused Gauri Kumar has already been granted bail, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Harnaut (Telmar) P.S. Case No. 323 of 2018 with the condition that the bailors should be the parents of the petitioner.
