The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Petitioner is husband of opposite party No.2. He is ready for restoration of conjugal life.
Opposite Party No.2 is also appearing through Vakalatnama .

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Dinara Police Station Case No.309 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The learned court below shall ensure restoration of life between the two and only thereafter shall confirm the provisional bail. The entire exercise of restoration should be completed within two months.
