This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 34 of IPC.

Prosecution story is that petitioners and other accused persons got their appointments as Anganbari Sevika on the basis of forged certificate and on enquiry the same was found forged.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have not taken any benefit as they were not joined the service after their selection as Anganbari Sevika and they are ready to co-operate with the investigation, during the trial, if the charge sheet is submitted against them.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Supaul, in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
