Revision No. 88 of 2011 by which the revision petition filed on behalf of the petitioners has been rejected and the order taking cognizance dated 02.08.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa has been affirmed with the liberty to the petitioners to raise all these points in the court below at the appropriate stage of the proceeding.”
