Gone through the order impugned. Apart from being main assailant of the deceased, the Social Investigation Report also identified him detrimental to the society.
Prayer for bail is rejected. Accordingly, appeal is dismissed.
Because of the fact that informant has already appeared through Vakalatnama on account thereof, it is expected that the learned lower court will proceed with the trial expeditiously.
