Seen the report submitted by the learned lower Court wherefrom it is evident that out of five charge-sheet witnesses, four witnesses have already been examined. The report is of dated 07.12.2018, whereupon the last witness might have been examined.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, now the ball has gone to the Court of accused/ appellant. Now, it depends upon the appellant how much he intends to prolong the trial. However, if cooperated, the learned lower Court will expedite the trial and will endeavour to conclude the same as early as possible.
In terms thereof, instant petition is disposed of.
