The appellants are apprehending their arrest in connection with Protest cum

Complaint Case vide C.R.Case No.279 of 2016 in connection with Manigachhi P.S.Case No.185 of 2015 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 395, 380, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Allegations are in two folds as per the complaint petition- as on 14.6.2015 the accused -appellants came and looted away the articles and the crops and also assaulted and abused, as the case has not been lodged by the police , they became

embolden and again on 24.6.2015 they came and abused her and assaulted and also disrob her and snatched golden chain. There are other allegations also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the appellants is that the poice after investigation has not found the case trued, however, on protest the cognizance has been taken. It is further submitted that four cases have been lodged by the informant, who is own niece of the appellant nos. 1 and 3.

Heard learned Spl.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the allegation is against the appellants and furthermore they are accused in four other cases also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the appellants, above named, surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order and pray for regular bail, that will be considered by the learned special Judge on the basis of the materials and considering the same, he dill dispose of the same, if possible on the same day.

Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of.
