The writ petition was dismissed by the learned Single Judge by a judgment and order dated 22.01.2016 passed in C.W.J.C.No. 6052 of 2015 while observing that if any person would be aggrieved by the recognition granted to any Madarsa,

he may approach the competent authority with his grievance. In the nature of dispute that is continued in this intra-court appeal, we find absolutely no infirmity in the observation of the learned Single Judge for in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the recognition granted to the Madarsa in question, he is at liberty to take recourse to the statutory remedy that is available to him to question such recognition.
With the observations above and finding no infirmity in the order of the learned Single Judge, we dispose of this appeal.
