Heard Sri Kundan Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner , learned AC to G.A. No. 10 as well as Sri Shashi Bhushan, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of opposite party no. 10.
The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 16511 of 2011, which stood dismissed on 21.07.2016 due to non -prosecution.
