Mr. Sinha in reference to the letter of the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Annexure ‘H’ informs that yet there is inter departmental correspondence going on between the parties.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the District Magistrate, West Champaran has taken steps for payment of the consequential benefits to the petitioner as reflecting from his letter dated 11.12.2017 addressed to the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms, let the exercise be completed by the parties within four weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order and with this observation, this contempt application is disposed of.
