This Court vide order dated 28.06.2017 disposed of
C.W.J.C. No.11414 of 2016 with the direction to the appellate

authority to dispose of the appeal which is pending before him within a period of two months. In the meantime, the status quo would be maintained.
The present contempt application has been filed making allegation that the present D.C.L.R. is trying to unsettle the situation by dispossessing the petitioner as the report of the Revenue Officer shows that auction purchaser is not in possession of the property, which is apparently clear from the order dated 08.08.2016 of the Circle Officer, Sasaram and the mutation paper also shows that the auction purchaser is not in possession of the property.
The D.C.L.R. is physically present and he undertakes that he will not act de hors to the order of this Court and he will not disturb the status quo as on today.
In view of the aforesaid undertaking given by the D.C.L.R. this proceeding is dropped and the case is consigned.
