Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No. 4.
The petitioner has prayed for full salary for the period of his suspension and termination i.e. between 15.01.2014 to 26.10. 2016 and Annual increment accruing for the aforesaid period whereafter the petitioner was re-instated with effect from 26.10.2016. The petitioner retired from the post of Assistant Teacher with effect from 31.03.2018 but basically, this writ application has been filed for payment of salary of suspension and termination period, which is not the

roster before this Bench. It is not the retiral benefit, which the petitioner claims by way of this writ application.
This writ application is therefore, dismissed with a
liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application with respect to his grievances.
