Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the ‘University’).

The petitioner has moved the Court for the following

reliefs:

“That, this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/order, direction/directions to the respondents to pay the retirement benefits dues i.e. pension Arrears, Earned leave (uncised leave) and its payment and leave, gratuity, increased scale and salary Arrears etc by issuing an appropriate writ and order.”

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to file a detailed representation before the University authorities.

Learned counsel for the University does not oppose.

Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

If a representation is filed within four weeks from today before the respondents no. 2 and 3, the same shall be considered and disposed off by passing a reasoned order within four weeks from filing of such representation. If any amount is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
