The case is running on board for last three years. On one or the other pretext prayer was made for pass over and the Court granted adjournments.
Today no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner for final disposal of the case.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted on previous occasion and also in the presence of the learned counsel representing the petitioner that the writ petition has become infructuous. Yet the petitioner instead of adopting the fair stand kept on making prayer for pass over on different dates.
The writ petition was filed for a direction to the

respondents to grant approval of the appointment and service of the petitioner in the school in question. On behalf of the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board stand has been taken in the counter affidavit that the Board has already granted approval by order contained in Memo No. 6727-31 dated 19.11.2015.
In view of the above, the present writ application has become infructuous. It is accordingly disposed of.
