The issue involved in the present writ application relates to appointment against the post of Assistant Teachers pursuant to Advertisement No. 210/2010. The matter was taken to the Supreme Court on different occasions and thereafter the Bihar Staff Selection Commission has invited objection for preparation of the select list for filling up the left-over vacancies of 2613 posts out of 34,540 total number of vacancies.
In view of the above, when the Commission has invited objection and is proceeding ahead with the process of appointment on 2613 posts, no further indulgence can be
