Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel appearing for the State.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is typographical error in 5th paragraph of the order dated 26.11.2018 wherein in place of “LPC and service book of the petitioner have been forwarded from the office of the CDPO, Amas, Gaya to the office of the CDPO, Lalganj, Vaishali”, it has been ordered “LPC and service book of the petitioner have been forwarded from the office of the CDPO, Lalganj, Vaishali. He further points out that in paragraph 2 of the said order word “fixation” has wrongly been typed as “fisation”.
Hence, order dated 26.11.2018 is modified to the extent that in paragraph 5 order be read as “LPC and service book of the petitioner have been forwarded from the office of the CDPO, Amas, Gaya to the office of the CDPO, Lalganj,
