2 13-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.654 of 2017 (Special Case No.180 of 2017), registered under Sections 18/22/25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Allegation in brief is that 450 gms. of Ganja in 159 purias and two chilim were recovered from possession of the petitioner.
Submission is that the alleged recovery is of small amount and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Rohit Kumar @ Shambhu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna in connection with
