no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was passed over with observation that in case no one appears for the petitioner on the next date also, the Court shall consider passing appropriate orders.
Today also, despite repeated call, no one appears on
behalf of the petitioner to press this application.
Learned counsel appearing for the State is present. In this view of the matter, the application is dismissed
for want of prosecution.
