This case has been brought under the heading “ To Be Mentioned” at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that in the order dated 13.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70880 of 2018 in place of “Md. Hasnat @ Md. Hasmat” has wrongly been typed as “Md. @ Md. Hassan”.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be correct in his submission.
In view of the above, “ Md. @ Md. Hassan shall be read as “Md. Hasnat @ Md. Hasmat”.
Order is modified to the aforementioned extent indicated above.
