2 10-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP.
At an earlier occasion in the background of criminal antecedent, prayer for bail was rejected vide Cr.Misc. No. 1482/2018 by order dated 12.01.2018 (Annexure-1).
Considering the period of custody, petitioner, Prince Kumar Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions JudgeAraria in connection with Special Case No. 22/2017 (Arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 735/2017.
