No.16638 of 2011 to the extent that though the petitioners are resident of District-Samastipur, the same was inadvertently typed in the petition showing the petitioners to be the resident of DistrictMuzaffarpur as a result of which in the order dated 02.11.2017 also in the cause title the petitioners are shown as resident of District-Muzaffarpur.
