2 10-10-2018 Petitioners seek modification of the order dated 07.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39641 of 2018.
It has been submitted that in the prayer portion of the application by mistake the petitioners had mentioned the name of the court as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, District-Samastipur whereas it ought to have been at the correct court i.e. the learned S.D.J.M., Dalsingsarai and prays for correction/modification of the same.
Let the order dated 07.09.2018 be modified to the extent that wherever the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, District-Samastipur appears, it be modified as to the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Dalsingsarai.
