The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Palasi PS Case No. 61 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379. 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioners have assaulted the informant including her husband.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender, let petitioner nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7, namely Bibi Khusboo, Bibi Mehrun @ Bibi Mehrun

Nisha, Bibi Nargish and Bibi Lazina @ Lazina Begum, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Araria in connection with Palasi PS Case No. 61 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In so far as the prayer on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 to 3, namely, Md. Mukhtar @ Md. Akhtar, Md. Muzaffar @ Muzaffar and Md. Zahir is concerned, the same is rejected. However, if these three petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will pass an order on the same day on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
