The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 341, 323, 307, 379, 385, 504, 342, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 15 E.P. Act, 1986 and Control of illegal Mining T.S. Rule Section 6/4.

Allegation has been made that truck carrying the sand was intercepted by the police. The driver of the truck has shown challan but it is a case of overloading as the challan was for 500 fts. whereas the quantity of the sand was 800 fts.
