In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.184 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the informant is in jail and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
