Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ and learned
counsel for the State.
Petitioner is accused in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 03 of 2018 registered under Sections 420 and 407/34 of the I.P.C.
Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected at present by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 28941 of 2018 on 09.05.2018.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now the fresh ground is that the charge has already been framed in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2018, having no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
