The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Cheriabariyarpur P.S.Case No. 145 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 307, 427 & 447 of the Indian Penal Code and also under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the fact that 17 other co-accused having identical allegation have already been granted pre-arrest bail by the court below vide order dated 02.05.2016 passed in A.B.P. No. 513 of 2016, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are

directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M, (Manjhaul) Begusarai in connection with Cheriabariyarpur P.S.Case No. 145 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
