2 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State.

The petitioner is custody in connection with Complaint Case no. 1550 of 2015 (Tr. No.1503 of 2017) for the offence under Sections 302/504/323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is inordinate delay in filing the complaint case. He further submits that an U.D. case was registered in 2014 and the instant case was lodged on 16.06.2015 after one year and three months of the occurrence.

Considering the fact that there is inordinate delay in filing the complaint case and also the fact that the petitioner has

got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum 13^th Sub-Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection Complaint Case no. 1550 of 2015 (Tr. No. 1503 of 2017).
