Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Narpatganj Police Station Case No. 302 of 2017, G.R. Case No. 2232 of 2017 registered for the offences under sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

For an occurrence of assault, two cases were registered on the same day. A counter case has been lodged by son of petitioner no.1. The allegation of causing injury by Farsa is specific against one Birendra Yadav, who is not petitioner before

this Court. The injury report, which is copied in the case diary, shows that the informant sustained fracture injury on his hand. The allegation of assault appears omnibus against these petitioners. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail is allowed and the above named petitioners in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj Police Station Case No. 302 of 2017, G.R. Case No. 2232 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
