Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim-girl, under Section 164 Cr.P.C. vide Annexure-2, would reveal that the matter is of love affairs.

Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Imamganj Police Station Case No. 127 of 2017, subject to the condition that the
