learned APP for the State.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,504,324,302,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
The petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2017. There is general and omnibus allegation in the FIR against the petitioner and others of causing firing which resulted in death of Sulekha and injury to some other persons.
Submission is that there is no witness to support
as to who had caused injury to Sulekha.
Considering the general and omnibus nature of material as well as the period already undergone by the petitioner,

let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bikramganj Police Station Case No.84 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
