The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case for the offence registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the IPC.
The allegation against the petitioner is of causing death of the brother of the informant.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has inspired in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Except for suspicion, there is no substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case nor there is circumstantial evidence

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1351 of 2017), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
