The petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2018 in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No.122 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired in connection with the present case on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one Murad. It is further submitted that save
