the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The petitioner, who is solely made accused in the F.I.R., has prayed for grant of bail in Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 452, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of referring to F.I.R., submits that the prosecution story appears to be doubtful itself. He further submits that petitioner is relative (cousin nephew) of the informant and as such, there was no reason for the petitioner to commit crime. He further tried to persuade the Court that it appears that wife of the informant was having illicit relation with someone else and petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case.

However, on perusal of the F.I.R., I am of the opinion
that it is not a case for grant of bail.
The prayer for bail stands dismissed.
