Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.177 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 120-B,341, 323, 504 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner executed sale deed on 03.05.2012 for 1/3^rd share of the land, as mentioned in the Complaint Petition, in favour of Tajendra Singh and Amarjeet Kaur on the basis of power of attorney. It is further alleged that share of the Complainant has been grabbed in conspiracy with the accused persons and sale deed has been executed on the basis of forged partition deed and forged power of attorney.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a matter of civil dispute.

It has further been submitted that one of the coaccused, Harjeet Kaur, has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 08.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27331 of 2018.

Counsel for the informant has appeared and opposed the prayer for bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No.177 of 2016 , he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna City, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C. with further conditions: (1) bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be present on each and every date fixed by the court and his absence on two consecutive dates without proper and reasonable reason
