counsel for the State.
Petitioner seeks bail in Paliganj P.S. Case No. 60 of
2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant has alleged of looting of 43 bags loaded in his TATA Ace Van, by three unknown criminals.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of a coaccused and recovery from the possession of the petitioner has been shown of household articles and till date no TIP of either the petitioner or articles has been made. Petitioner is in custody

Case No. 60 of 2018.
