Mr. Awalokiteshwar Mishra, learned Advocate for the petitioners, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioners to approach the court below, at the appropriate stage, for necessary relief.
As and when such a petition would be filed, the court below will look into the same and will pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and would not be prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by the High Court.
