The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Bhairab Asthan P.S.Case No. 67 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the Indian penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except disclosure of the names of the petitioners by co-accused, there is no other material, neither they were put on T.I.P. nor any incriminating article has been recovered from them and police has submitted charge sheet and are in custody since 09.08.2017.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Md. Arman and Md. Faizullah are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
