2 19-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that co-accused Chhotu Bind, who has been named in the FIR has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.01.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 1210 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2017. His name has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Chhotu Bind.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 197 of 2017, G.R. No. 1990 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
