Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned APP for the State.

Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No.140 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 306, 309 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner killed her daughter by drowning her in a ditch and also made attempt for committing suicide due to torture committed by her husband.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother of the child and in fact her little baby slipped into the ditch and died due to drowning and the husband of the petitioner has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17453 of 2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Phool Kumari Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1^st , Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand PS Case No.140 of 2017.
