Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20(b)(ii)B of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
About 4 Kg. of Ganja was allegedly recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.11.2017.
Considering the entire facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after four months
from today if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)

with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with N.D.P.S.
