for quashing the order of cognizance dated 16.09.2014 passed by learned SDJM Dehri-on-sone.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
after taking cognizance the trial has begun in the Court below. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of cognizance dated 16.9 .14.
In such circumstance, the Cr. Misc. application is

disposed off with direction to the learned Court below to expedite the trial of the petitioner and make all efforts to conclude the same as early as possible.
