2 28-06-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the informant and the State.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail.
In case such a petition is filed, the Court below shall take into account every fact and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
