Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though there is no witness of occurrence of murder. Allegation against the petitioner is that the deceased was Mausi of this petitioner and the maternal grand-father of the petitioner had gifted his property in favour of the deceased as a result whereof the petitioner was carrying some grudge and for that reason, the petitioner might have committed murder with the help of others. There is some evidence of last seen. The petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2017

Considering the aforesaid fact, especially, the

fact that the petitioner is a female and she is in jail about ten months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Meenapur Police Station Case No. 31 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
