Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are resident of outside Patna. They are not in a position to comply the condition No. (1) of the order dated 22.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 61973 of 2017. Therefore, the petitioners seek modification in condition No. (1) of the aforesaid order.

In view of such submission, condition No. 1 of the order dated 22.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 61973 of 2017 is modified to the extent that bailors of the petitioners should be his close relative.
