Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery 425 kg. Ganja from the truck and petitioner is owner of the said truck.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except confession, there is nothing against the petitioner. There is violation of NDPS Act.

Considering the huge quantity of Ganja, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected.
