Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned APP for the State.
Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bithan PS Case No.188 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 of the Arms Act.
Submission is that the recovery of one country made pistol without cartridge is not from conscious possession of the petitioner rather from his house occupied by joint family and the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.01.2018.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Chhotu Yadav @ Lakshaman Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
