The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hiramma P.S.Case No. 01 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that while petitioner was taking away informant’s niece after inducing her, but both were apprehended by the informant at the bus stand.
Submission is that it’s a case of elopement, which is reflected from the statement of girl and she is also major as her age was assessed about 16 to 18 years.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Ganesh Mahto, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
