Petitioner, already in custody since 23.10.2017, seeks bail in Bihar PS Case No. 557 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 504, 506, 448, 307 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There is specific allegation against the petitioner of opending fire causing injury of fire arm on the testicle of the informant.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
